- We had explore time by the river this morning! (SM)
- One of our tasks was to find an interesting rock! (JL)
- We found interesting things and wrote questions about them! (MS)
- Some of us found termites! (DR)
- I found a lady bug! It crawled all over my hand! (ER)
- We had two snack today! We had a lot of questions! Luckily we brought our visual journals so we could write them all down! (MC)
- We found a random pumpkin in the middle of a path! We journaled about it! We also had to come up with a hypothesis as to why it might have been there! (TH)
- When we got back to school we played Math games! Mrs. G taught us a new game! It is called Slam Dunk Differences! (JH)
- Our Morning Journal was to talk about what we were most excited for today! (MC)
- We had a great field trip! (DR)

Field Studies We are very excited for our field study on Wednesday! We now have enough volunteers for that field study! As we have so many field studies coming up forms will becoming out every week. It would greatly help me to have the forms returned as soon as possible so that I can keep on top of them! Studio Bell forms are coming home today. Please return them by Friday. Thank you to all of the parents who offered to volunteer for this trip! We have more than enough! We are still looking for volunteers for March 10th, and April 1st. In order to be able to take part in these activities we need to have at least 4 more volunteers for both dates. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to join us! Writing The students in room 8 are hard at work learning what verbs and adjectives are. They are using them to write more descriptive sentences that draw the reader in! June 22nd - 26th Learning Plans

Good afternoon Grade 3 Families,   This is a very sad week for us as this will be the last week where we see all of your wonderful faces on the google meet ups,  we will be reading t he last Friday letter you wrote to us and of course  watching  the  talent show to share your passions.  All the grade three teachers are sad to see the year come to an end.  On that note, we will be changing the time of the meet up this coming Friday. Instead of meeting at 1pm, we will be meeting at 9am. This will allow for siblings to watch the grade 4 celebration and be done b efore noon.
