We had an awesome day!
- We started working on self portraits! We are excited to show them to you on Thursday evening during our Open House! (DR)
- We got to spend time with our friends during recess! (AC)
- We did our first blog entry of the school year! (AS)
- In Science we had the opportunity to write down all of our questions about the different topics we will be learning about this year! (JH)
- We played a fun math game today! Let me teach it to you! (ER)
- In Phys. Ed we played Revenge Tag, and Animal Tag! We spent time outside! (MC)
- Today we made amazing name tags for our coat hooks! (SM)

On Thursday we will be having our Open House from 5-7! This gives our students a chance to show their parents where they will be learning this year! (Plus there will be ice cream!) (LW)

Good afternoon Grade 3 Families,   Thank you to  all  our parents and caregivers for your continued support and encouragement as we plan, review, meet and assess our students.  It is just as much a learning curve for you as it has been for us and our students. Field Studies We are very excited for our field study on Wednesday! We now have enough volunteers for that field study! As we have so many field studies coming up forms will becoming out every week. It would greatly help me to have the forms returned as soon as possible so that I can keep on top of them! Studio Bell forms are coming home today. Please return them by Friday. Thank you to all of the parents who offered to volunteer for this trip! We have more than enough! We are still looking for volunteers for March 10th, and April 1st. In order to be able to take part in these activities we need to have at least 4 more volunteers for both dates. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to join us! Writing The students in room 8 are hard at work learning what verbs and adjectives are. They are using them to write more descriptive sentences that draw the reader in! June 22nd - 26th Learning Plans

Good afternoon Grade 3 Families,   This is a very sad week for us as this will be the last week where we see all of your wonderful faces on the google meet ups,  we will be reading t he last Friday letter you wrote to us and of course  watching  the  talent show to share your passions.  All the grade three teachers are sad to see the year come to an end.  On that note, we will be changing the time of the meet up this coming Friday. Instead of meeting at 1pm, we will be meeting at 9am. This will allow for siblings to watch the grade 4 celebration and be done b efore noon.
